Tasseomancy Gift Package
Something new for the Holidays! I'm now offering a very special gift package that includes all of my favorite things: art, tea and divination. This gift for yourself or another is an authentic tea leaf reading, a print of my original art which frames the photo of your tea cup with the leaves that were used for your reading along with a package of our Absinthe Tea, Mother Henriot's Elixir!
Your reading will be between 5 and 10 pages of written text. I will interpret the symbols I see as well as where they are in the cup to gain further information. I will help you explore all aspects of these symbols and how they may apply to your life.
The artwork that serves as a frame to your personal tea leaf reading is a print of an original watercolor done in a Victorian style. It will come mounted and in a protective sleeve along with your reading.
(see photo below)
A special free gift to you included with your reading will be a bag of our exclusive Absinthe Tea; Mother Henriot's Elixir. For you to sip as you look over your reading and admire your art!
If you are purchasing for yourself, send your name and birthdate along with your payment. If you are purchasing for another, send their name and address and they will receive a beautiful gift certificate with directions on how to receive their reading.
Mother Henriot's Elixir
About the Tea
Tea has a rich history. It has shaped cultures and economies. It can benefit our health and bring people together. There are rituals surrounding it, Goddesses associated with it.
Absinthe too has shaped cultures and economies. And we'd be hard pressed to find another beverage that is surrounded by so much controversy, magic and mystique.
But it all began as a humble herbal infusion, a tea; designed to be taken medicinally. And the recipe was developed by a certain Madame Henriod, of Switzerland; my ancestor.
After discovering that Madame Henriod and her daughters were herbalists, and had a small shop in their town selling teas and herbs; I couldn't help but note the similarities. I felt compelled to continue that family tradition, to return to my roots and that of the original Absinthe; the herbal infusion to be taken as tea.
Our tea is a fine blend with the distinctive anise flavor of Absinthe. It has no artificial color or preservatives added. You will enjoy the natural beautiful golden color of the steeped herbs and all the amazing flavor. It is wonderful to brew in a French press and drink it from a clear glass.
